During November, sailors can expect air temperatures of 20ºC to 30ºC (68 - 86'F) and there is usually light to moderate wind prevailing from the southeast and east. The fleet will sail from Clube Naval Charitas (CNC). Boats can be launched by dolly at the ramp.
Niterói is a charming and bucolic city known for its stunning natural beauty, high quality of life, and stunning views of the Rio skyline. It's about 45 - 55 minutes from the international airport Galeão. About 30 - 40 minutes from Rio south zone.
