Sofia Barreto, crewing for Pedro Barreto became the Portuguese National Champion last weekend at the Clube de Vela Atlântico in Leça da Palmeira, Portugal. The team dominated a fleet of more than thirty boats. Races were sailed in very light wind on day one and heavy air on day two. The team won the last two races of the series, including the only race sailed on Sunday due to the windy conditions. Congratulations to Sofia. Marta Guedas and Adriana Almeida, were the only all-women's team.
