For years, the annual Norwegian Women's Nationals has been one of the most popular women's events on the Snipe Class calendar. The regatta attracts women of all ages from different classes and fleets around Norway and a few teams from other countries. The level at the top of the fleet is high, as Noway usually has a team on the podium at the Snipe Women's World Championships.
Anette Melsom Myhere, Janett Krefting, Maj Kristin Hansen Borgen, and Anna-Sofia Gregersson are no strangers to the podium in the Snipe Class . Add in Swedish skipper, Maria Öhrn, and you have a great group.
Long Summer Days
INTERNATIONAL TEAMS WELCOME
Enjoy long summer days surrounded by Scandinavian nature and the beauty of the Inner Oslofjord. The regatta is hosted each year by the Bærum Seilforening, a short drive or train ride west of the city of Oslo. The venue offers a variety of conditions for racing and the organizers make sure the competitors have fun on and off the water.
There are limited charter boats for international teams and some housing available.

PRACTICE FOR THE NEXT WOMEN'S WORLDS
The Snipe Divas of Brazil invite all women to the 2021 Women's Championship/Pre-Worlds held on Guarapiranga Lake, just outside of Saõ Paulo. The Nationals is one weekend before the World Championship. The regatta is a great opportunity to become familiar with the World Championship race course, but more importantly, you will love hanging out with this enthusiastic group of women sailors. Some boat charters and housing are available for internationals teams.

The US Women's Nationals will be hosted this year by the Edgewater Yacht Club in Cleveland, Ohio. If you have never sailed on the Great Lakes, don't miss this opportunity. Two days of racing are planned with combined with fun social events, Friday through Sunday.
A limited number of boats are available to teams that do not have access to a boat. There is also limited housing with local fleet members.

The plan for the 2020 Spanish Women's Championship was scheduled in conjunction with the famous Gran Trofeo de Valencia, with Women racing on Friday and then in the mornings on Saturday & Sunday, allowing them to participate in both events - mornings all-women, and afternoon all-women or mixed. The best of both Worlds and great parties too.

Women from all classes and countries are welcome to the Belgian Women's Nationals, held in Antwerp on Lake Galgenweel. Enjoy close short course racing and some of the best hospitality the Snipe Class has to offer. Once you race in Antwerp, you will want to come again and again.
